Miranda is an attentive communicator and strategist who supports a diverse number of clients with marketing, research, content creation, and digital design. Miranda also leads the Nyhus social team in creating and promoting content for Nyhus social channels. She is passionate about work in DEI and serving her community in actionable ways.

Prior to joining Nyhus, Miranda earned a bachelor’s degree from Seattle University with a major in Strategic Communications & Media and a minor in Entrepreneurship, where her focus converged public relations with reputation management and brand communications. Miranda was also a part of the Seattle University Fashion Club where she created promotional content for the club as the Head of Marketing.

While attending school, Miranda worked for the Seattle International Film Festival, Seattle Met Magazine and the Sundance Film Festival. In her various positions, she concentrated on organizing and producing large-scale events, while managing community relationships. She also volunteered at the Seattle World School where she was an English tutor, working with students from kindergarten age to high school seniors.

Originally from Idaho, Miranda loves all things outdoors. Whether it’s backpacking in the Sawtooth Mountains, rafting down the Salmon River or skiing the Grand Tetons, Miranda can be found enjoying the wonders of nature with her pups by her side. While living in Capitol Hill for college, she immersed herself in the local art and film scene. Miranda embraces the duality of being able to live in the mountains of Idaho, while frequently visiting the bustling city of Seattle.
